A search form sends an entered name, phone number, or address to the outside company that supplies the results. Our servers do not keep a copy of the search query. If you contact us, the message is used only to prepare a response.
Data Collected Automatically
Ordinary hosting logs can include an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. Combined usage data helps with maintenance and shows which pages receive traffic. Cookies or comparable technology may support basic analytics and advertising measurement.
Why We Use Information
Information is processed to operate the service, diagnose problems, measure traffic, and improve pages. We do not sell lists of visitors or build personal profiles about them.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Walla Walla County and Washington record portals, libraries, archives, and outside search services. Information sent there is controlled by that provider's policy, not this one. Sponsored search results are supplied by a separate company and follow its own privacy terms.
When Data May Be Shared
Vendors that host or support the service may process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising providers can receive the automatic data described above. Data may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the site, and logs are retained only while needed for the purposes stated above. The service has no visitor accounts, so it stores no account password or member profile for you.

This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor appears to have submitted information so it can be deleted.
